About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Peresoft Digital Innovations Ltd, which operates TweleTwele. By creating an account or using TweleTwele you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Community Guidelines.
What TweleTwele is
TweleTwele helps people nearby find each other and organise together: food and bulk buying groups, NYSC camp pairing, housemates and rent sharing, and group travel. Organisers and suppliers create groups and offers; members join them; advertisers promote to visitors. TweleTwele provides the platform and the tools to coordinate. For now we do not take payment for group purchases or hold group money: you arrange that directly with the organiser, after your own checks. Goods, rooms, trips and services are provided by the organiser, supplier, landlord or other members, not by TweleTwele.
Who can use TweleTwele
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement.
- Use one personal account with true and current details, and keep your password private.
- Organisers and suppliers in some categories must be verified before they can create or manage groups.
Payments, fees and refunds
TweleTwele only charges for its own services: TweleConnects, organiser and supplier plans, and promotions such as featured listings. These are paid through our secure checkout (Paystack or Korapay) in Naira, with the price shown before you pay. TweleTwele is not a party to the purchase, rent or trip you arrange. Connects spent on a group that is cancelled are returned to your balance. If something goes wrong with a group, report it straight away. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
TweleConnects
TweleConnects are platform credits used to unlock eligible group access (10 Connects cost ₦1,000). Purchased Connects never expire; bonus Connects expire on the date shown. Connects are not money and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
Plans, advertising and add-ons
Paid organiser and supplier plans are prepaid for a month or a quarter and never renew automatically; unused time is not refunded except where the law requires. Advertising campaigns are reviewed before they run, must be lawful and honest, and are refunded for the unused part if removed through no fault of the advertiser.
If you organise or supply
Describe items, prices, locations and dates accurately, hand over what members have paid for, follow food-safety and consumer-protection law, never ask for passwords, card details or one-time codes, and use members’ details only to run the group, never for your own marketing.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of what you post and give TweleTwele a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show and adapt it to run and promote the listing. Reviews must be honest. No fraud, impersonation, harassment, discrimination, misleading listings, spam, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the platform. We may remove content or restrict, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and you can ask us to review the decision.

Responsibility and liability
We do not guarantee that every listing, organiser or supplier is right for you; check before you commit. To the extent the law allows, TweleTwele is not liable for losses caused by other users or things outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to TweleTwele in the 12 months before it. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Please contact us first. If not resolved, disputes go to the courts of Nigeria, and you can also contact the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Changes and contact
