About TweleTwele
TweleTwele helps people nearby find each other and organise together: food and bulk-buying groups, NYSC camp pairing, housemates and rent sharing, and group travel. Organisers and suppliers create groups and offers, members join them, and everyone coordinates in one place.
TweleTwele makes the connection; you do the checks. It does not take payment for group purchases or hold group money, so you agree payment directly with the organiser after meeting them and checking the goods, room or trip. Other members only ever see a neighbourhood name and a rough distance, never your address or exact position.
What it does
Groups near you
Find buying groups, housemate and rent shares, NYSC camp pairing and group travel by area, with the item, price per share, collection point and dates shown before you join.
Verified organisers and suppliers
Organisers and suppliers in some categories are verified by the TweleTwele team before they can create or manage groups. The badge shows identity and area were checked; it is not a guarantee of any single purchase.
Public collection points
Collection points are public places, and homes are never shown.
Group chat and messages
Coordinate with the members of a group you have joined, and message organisers.
TweleConnects
Platform credits used to unlock eligible group access. Purchased Connects never expire, and Connects spent on a cancelled group are returned.
Plans for organisers and suppliers
Prepaid monthly or quarterly plans with clear limits; they never renew automatically.
Alerts and notifications
Set alerts for groups you want, and get updates in the app, by email, and by WhatsApp only if you add and verify your number.
Report anything
Every group, member, post and message can be reported, and reports go straight to the TweleTwele safety team.
Advertising for businesses
Advertisers can promote to visitors and see totals such as impressions and clicks, never who you are.
What you need
- You must be 18 or older.
- An Android phone, or a web browser, and an internet connection.
- An account with your email and a password, or Google sign-in.
Privacy at a glance
- We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers.
- We do not receive or store your card number; card and bank details are entered on our payment providers’ pages.
- Download or delete your data yourself from Settings → Privacy & your data.
- Optional cookies, WhatsApp and marketing email are opt-in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Does TweleTwele take payment for group purchases?
Not for now. TweleTwele charges only for its own services, such as TweleConnects, organiser and supplier plans and promotions. You arrange payment for goods, rooms or trips directly with the organiser, after meeting them and doing your own checks.
Who can see where I live?
No one. Other people only ever see a neighbourhood name and a rough distance. Collection points are public places and homes are never shown.
Who can see my phone number?
Phone numbers are shown to others only where you chose to share them.
Why are organisers and suppliers asked for ID?
To keep members safe. The ID details are seen only by the TweleTwele verification team and never appear on a public profile or a group.
What are TweleConnects?
Platform credits used to unlock eligible group access (10 Connects cost ₦1,000). They are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and purchased Connects never expire.
How do I delete my account or download my data?
Both are in Settings → Privacy & your data. You can also use the Privacy requests page on tweletwele.com or email privacy@tweletwele.com.
Something went wrong with a group. What do I do?
Report it from the group straight away. The safety team will review it and can remove the listing or the account.
