About RadioSynq
RadioSynq is a radio intelligence platform published by Peresoft Digital Innovations Ltd. It monitors registered radio streams, identifies music, records plays and provides analytics and royalty estimates. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use RadioSynq for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the people you invite to your team.
Profiles, stations and claims
Claim only artists, works and stations you have the right to represent. We may require proof, and may refuse, suspend or remove a claim or profile that is disputed or untrue.
Detection, data and estimates
Music identification is automated and can be wrong or incomplete, and audience and royalty figures are estimates calculated from confirmed plays and rules set for your account. They are not a statement of what a collecting society, station or other party will pay, and are not legal, tax or financial advice. Use the evidence shown for each play to check them.
Payments and payouts
Fees, billing terms and payout conditions are shown before you commit. Card payments are processed by our payment processor under its own terms. We may hold or adjust payouts while we investigate fraud, errors or disputes.
Marketplace
Where users buy or sell airtime, promotions or other services, the contract is between the buyer and seller. Peresoft provides the platform and does not guarantee any listing, result or audience.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false plays, manipulate streams or audience figures, or try to defraud the royalty or payment process.
- Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights, or access the service or its API without authorisation.
- Do not scrape, resell or overload the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Intellectual property
The RadioSynq name, brand and software belong to Peresoft or its licensors. You keep ownership of your content and give Peresoft a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to run the service.
No warranty and liability
RadioSynq is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its figures are complete or accurate. To the extent the law allows, Peresoft Digital Innovations Ltd is not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, RadioSynq. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the product after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions? Contact us.
